For both serving tables, set out all the utensils you will use for each item, it’s also a good idea to set out serving platters a day ahead of time for each dish and even a few extra for dishes your guests might bring. Place sticky notes next to the location of each food item or on the serving platter or bowl so you know exactly where to place them when the time comes. Making this decisions ahead pf time will make service run smooth and that means more fun for you! Enlist a few friends or family members to help day of the party so you don’t forget anything!
