There’s nothing better than a day full of football, fan fare, food and fun! So get creative with your table decor and score big with your snacks!
In addition to staying true to Buffalo and serving traditional Buffalo Hot Wings…one of my all time favorite dip indulgences is this Buffalo Chicken Dip served in a custom bowl coozy. You can make multiple bowl coozys to dress up all the appetizers.
Here’s the recipe I use and you get learn how to make the bowl coozy here!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use a pre-made rotisserie chicken from the grocer for ease!)
- 6 oz crumbled blue cheese
Make it:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 and grease a 9×9 casserole pan.
Beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy then stir in the next 4 ingredients – blue cheese dressing, buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheddar, cooked chicken – and spread into prepared pan.
Top with blue cheese crumbles and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with corn chips, carrots, or toast points!
