1-Hard moves first

Sean says that whatever exercise in your routine is the most difficult or that requires more focus should be done early. This prevents the quality of movement from being lost and helps beat fatigue for these hard moves. Doing the hard moves first also prevents injury because it prevents muscle fatigue later in the workout.

2-Try tabata

Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training that is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. This method can be done by using any form of exercise from weight lifting to cardio and has many benefits to it. Tabata is a great way to get in shape quickly and also helps to burn calories quicker than other exercises. It also improves muscle strength and endurance and reduces the risk of chronic diseases. Whatever exercise is chosen, make sure it is motivating and enjoyable.
