Part of living a healthier life is making healthier food choices. 1-Keep your vegetables in the front of the fridge

If you have vegetables right in front of your face, you’re going to be more likely to eat them! Dedicate one day per week to meal prepping by washing and cutting up vegetables like carrots, celery, and cucumbers. Keep them towards the front of the fridge so you can simply grab them and go.

2-Base your meals around vegetables

The National Institutes of Health say that people should get about two and a half cups of vegetables per day to live a healthier life. Vegetables can be added to just about any meal from breakfast to dinner. For breakfast, try adding spinach to a smoothie, or making a delicious avocado toast. For lunches and dinners, vegetables can be added to salads, wraps, stir frys and more. Roasting, steaming, or stir frying veggies can be a great, different method of getting more vegetables into your diet.
