Graduation Cap Decorating Party Planning!

Host a Cap Decorating Party and make a statement at Graduation!

A week before commencement day, host a cap decorating party. Gather up fabric markers, stencils, embellishments, and let the graduates create their own designs. This is a great way to spot your student in the sea of grads on ceremony day and also for them to find their cap after they toss it in the air!

SUPPLIES:

Graduation Cap
Glue
Scissors
Cardstock – lots of colors!
Embellishments – stars, flowers, gems
Numeric cutouts

Set out all the supplies and let the grads get creative. Spell it out, write it out and embellish your cap for the BIG day. Tell the audience just how you feel about this special day or decorate your hat with you favorite things!

Anything goes for this creative task, even spelling errors…. because there are no grades for this final project.

LOVE rioting with some old friends @foofighters last night.
Can’t help but reminisce about seeing them the first time they played Chicago at @metrochicago Aug 5, 1995. I was backstage post show with some friends and the band… maybe 30 people back there. I got tickets from Dave G’s dad so he came up to me and said “Hi I’m Dave. My dad said to find you!” 👋🏻 🤭
Time flies and my proximity to the band is a lot different these days!! We’re all still rocking tho! 🤘🏼🎸
My current rockstar of choice is @kucla1 ❤️
