When you mix your rock tees with your flannels you’ve got a refashioned look that gives old school grunge a new riff! Let’s get started!
You’ll need an old flannel, your favorite rock tee shirt and a sewing machine.
First, cut the t-shirt apart to get the image you want.
Next, pin it to the back of your flannel.
Stitch around the the t-shirt leaving the edges raw. If you don’t have a sewing machine you can use fabric glue.
There you have it a refashioned flannel that takes your style center-stage.
If you want to turn this into a home decor piece, cut the back of the flannel with the image on it into a separate piece and put it behind glass and into an old frame…. and that, is grunge gone glam.
