Staying true to Buffalo you gotta serve the traditional buffalo hot wings and bleu cheese sauce at your tailgate party! But I say, more is more and less is a bore, so add in this delicious dip for an extra spicy delight. Here’s the recipe I use, plus, you can serve it up in your team colors. Learn how to make a custom bowl coozy here!
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use a pre-made rotisserie chicken from the grocer for ease!)
- 6 oz crumbled blue cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 350 and grease a 9×9 casserole pan.
Beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy then stir in the next 4 ingredients – blue cheese dressing, buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheddar, cooked chicken – and spread into prepared pan.
Top with blue cheese crumbles and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with corn chips, carrots, or toast points!
